Great family vacation house. Four bedrooms and two baths, with a gated fenced yard going all around the house. Even though you are only 1 mile from historic downtown, you are on a low traveled road and about 200 feet from the Hot Springs National Park mountain property, so it is very quiet morning, day and night. Being close to everything is very important when you are in Hot Springs, this house fits the bill perfectly.
The corner lot gives you privacy. A main TV hooked to Dish network in the fireplace main room and you have another TV in one of the bedrooms. There is a washer and a dryer in the house as well.
