Great family vacation house. Four bedrooms and two baths, with a gated fenced yard going all around the house. Even though you are only 1 mile from historic downtown, you are on a low traveled road and about 200 feet from the Hot Springs National park mountain property, so it is very quiet morning day or night. Being close to everything is very important when you are in Hot Springs, this house fits the bill perfectly.
The corner lot gives you privacy. A main TV.dish network in the fireplace main room and you have TV in one of the bedrooms. Very safe, family friendly neighborhood. There is a minimum reservation of 2 day during off peak and 3 days during peak season May 10- Aug 15. Some special weekends require three days stay. Call for extended stay rates.
